The lottery application for new students enrolling in the 2025-2026 school year is now open! With our newly built campus coming in Spring 2026 we encourage you to apply now for your lottery which will be held on February 28th, 2025.

If you’d like to come visit us in person, we are now offering group tours of our school every Friday from 9-10 am. If that time does not work for you, please call and let us get you scheduled. 2025-26 Lottery Application Information
The window for new student applying to enroll in the 2025-26 School Year is open from October 22nd, 2024 to February 21, 2025. A lottery selection of applications will be held on Friday, February 28th. At this time, parents will be notified if their child has received a spot for the 2025-2026 school year. Please keep a close eye on your email as you must accept your offer of enrollment within 72 hours of being notified. If you do not accept, we will move to the next family on the waiting list.
All applications received after February 21, 2025 will be placed on the waitlist in the order they are received.
- TK and Kindergarten Enrollment
- 1st – 5th Grade Enrollment
- 6th – 8th Grade Enrollment
To be Eligible for TK in 2025-2026 applicants must turn 5 years old between September 2, 2025 and June 2, 2026.
To be eligible for Kindergarten in 2025-2026 applicants must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025.
1. Required Documents
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Original birth certificate
- Original immunization record
- Kindergarten Continuance Form
- Health Exam/Physical dated after February 15, 2025
- Oral Health Assessment or Oral Health Waiver
- Proof of Residency document(s)
2. Complete the Online Lottery Application
Complete the application below to submit an application for each child.
3. Offer Notification
You will be notified by email when an enrollment offer is available for your child. You will have 24 hours to accept.
4. Complete the Aeries Online Enrollment
You will be notified by email when the link is completed and submitted with all required documents.
5. Data Confirmation
Log in to your new Aeries Parent Portal and complete the Data Confirmation.
Withdrawal: If you choose to attend another school after accepting our enrollment offer, please notify us immediately at enroll@tvcscougars.com
